Shipping Information

Order Dispatch:

  • Most orders will be dispatched within 7 working days from order acceptance, subject to payment and stock availability.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times:

  • UK: Delivered within 5 working days

  • Europe, USA, Canada: Delivered within 7 working days

  • Rest of the World: Delivered within 10 working days

  • These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates for delivery. For Nikko and Dibbern products delivery times can vary between 1-3 months depending on stock availability.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not accept orders for delivery to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Stock Availability:

  • Some items on the website are handmade, and delivery may take up to 6-8 weeks depending on availability from manufacturers.

  • If an item is out of stock when you order, we will notify you and your delivery may be delayed. You can then choose to proceed with the order or cancel it for a full refund within 48 hours of our notification.

Order Cancellations

14-Day Cancellation Policy:

  • As per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your items.

  • To cancel, please email us at studio@bodosperlein.com with the subject line "Cancellation" and include your order details.

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition to receive a full refund. If the item is damaged during shipping, we require proof of the damaged item in order to receive a refund.

  • Shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded.

Cancellation After 14 Days:

  • Cancellation requests after the 14-day period will not be valid.

  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Damaged Goods

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, with “Returns Request” in the subject heading.

  • Provide your name, order number, contact details, and the reason for the return (including whether you prefer a replacement or refund).

Return Timeline:

  • Returned items must be sent back to us within 7 working days from your initial contact.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund for the price of the item and delivery costs (as per your request) within 30 days of receiving the return.

  • Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Condition of Returns:

  • Items returned must be in resalable condition.

  • If an item is not returned in a resalable condition or is damaged due to customer mishandling, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Out-of-Stock Items and Stock Delays

  • Some items are handmade or produced on demand, which may cause delays.

  • If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, it may take up to 3 months to restock, which may delay delivery.

  • We will inform you if an item is out of stock, and you will have the option to proceed with the order or cancel it for a full refund.

Liability and Ownership

  • Ownership of the items you order passes to you upon delivery.

  • After delivery, the items are at your own risk, and we are not liable for their loss or destruction.

  • For international orders, you may be liable for import duties or taxes.

  • These charges are beyond our control, and you should check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

  • Shipping costs may be subject to change due to third-party courier price increases (e.g., fuel surcharges).

  • Any increase in prices will be reflected on the website, and will only apply to orders placed after the price update.

This product will be shipped from the UK (White Sculptural and Pomona). All items available from this collection are listed in the shop; we do not have any additional stock and will not be producing more of this collection. As the product is shipped from the UK, taxes and customs duties may vary for shipments outside the UK. Please check with your local customs authorities for applicable costs. Lead times will vary depending on your location and the weight of the order. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
