Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 5 days of acceptance (subject to payment and stock availability).
  • Delivery times:
    • UK: Up to 5 working days
    • EU, USA, Canada: Up to 7 working days
    • Rest of World: Up to 10 working days
  • Delivery times are guidelines; Bodo Sperlein Ltd is not liable for delays.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Delivery may be delayed for handmade products or items out of stock (up to 6-8 weeks).
  • PO Box Restrictions: Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • Ownership passes to you upon delivery, and risk is transferred.
  • Courier Charges: Delivery costs may change due to third-party courier fuel surcharge increases.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact within 48 hours of receipt for returns or exchanges.
    • Return Procedure: Send the product back within 5 working days.
    • Refund: Processed within approximately 30 days, subject to stock availability.
  • Cancellations:
    • You can cancel an order within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
    • To cancel, email info@bodosperlein.com, stating "Cancellation" and your details.
    • Products must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days for a full refund.
    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days.
  • Stock Issues: Bodo Sperlein Ltd can cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors on the site, with a full refund of the order and reasonable delivery costs within 30 days.

Intellectual Property Rights
